Q: How do I receive a product after purchase?
A: Instantly after your purchase, you will be taken to a page where you can download the book as a PDF file. You can literally start reading in minutes!
Q: How do I view the book after download?
A: 1. Download and install the free PDF viewer from Foxit Software: Click Here
2. Right click your download link that we provided after purchase
3. Select Save file as and choose where to save the file
4. After the download finishes, click Open File
OR: Find the file on your computer and double click
Q: How do I print the book?
A: In most PDF viewer programs (such as Foxit and Adobe Reader) press Ctrl and P at the same time. Make sure the book you want to print is open.
Q: I want a refund for the book I bought.
A: Unfortunately, prior abuse of the refund system by a few select customers has forced Rock Juice Press to disallow most returns. If you truly believe that a product has not exceeded your expectations, please contact us.
